Fabrice has forged a solid reputation as a trainer and sports manager at regional level. As director of TC Montesson for over 10 years, he made it a benchmark, winning several awards for best training club. He has trained many talented players, including Mathys Erhard (280 ATP pro, French champion 17/18), Sasha Colleu (2007, 105 TITF Junior, -4/6), Lena Thomas-Iglesias (2006 / -4/6)...and a host of other top regional and national players.
Thanks to his experience, Fabrice has been able to consolidate his approach and his coaching and training methods. Combining high standards with benevolence, he pushes his players to surpass themselves while supporting them with a listening ear. This balance is his strength.
Centered on the coach-player relationship of trust, he firmly believes that each individual is unique and deserves personalized attention. This approach is also embodied in his vision of tennis, which is based on demanding technique, while at the same time emphasizing the player's preferences in order to unleash their natural technique.
For over 6 years now, he and his co-founder Hans Marconnet have been running their tennis academy, a collective project driven by the values of respect, commitment and excellence. The Paris West Tennis Academy embodies this unique and singular approach, where players and coaches unite to cultivate passion, discipline and self-improvement, guided by a common set of values.
