A state-qualified coach and former 0-rated player, Hans Marconnet embodies an ambitious, modern vision of coaching. With his strong leadership skills and naturally exacting standards, he guides young players to their highest level with determination. For ten years, he directed the competition program at TS Maisons-Laffitte, developing more than 50 2nd series players. His university experience in the United States has enriched his teaching methods with an international dimension, combining high sporting standards with academic success.
Now a key figure at the Paris West Tennis Academy, Hans runs the international section, supervises the boarding school, and accompanies all the academy's players on the Tennis Europe and ITF circuits.
A committed and creative coach, he adapts his tools to each profile to offer tailor-made coaching. His strength of character, combined with a true vision of performance, makes him a major asset for young people in search of progress, high standards and openness to the world.
